We hold a section of the bar for your party, free, with no rental fee and no minimum spend for up to 25 guests. It's semi-private: the space is yours for the night, but the bar stays open, so your group orders drinks and small bites as you go and nobody's on the hook for a big tab up front. Groups of 10 to 25 work best.
Birthday parties in Park Slope
Looking for somewhere to have your birthday in Park Slope? This is one of the most common reasons people reserve with us. We'll hold a section of the bar, and there's no cost to reserve and no minimum spend. You're welcome to bring a cake, we'll keep it behind the bar and bring it out when you're ready; we have plates, forks, and napkins. Small decorations are fine — balloons and table pieces are welcome, just nothing adhesive on the walls or on artwork. The room is small, dark, and lit by rotating video art. Everyone is pretty photogenic in that space.
Private bar buyouts
For larger groups or fully exclusive use, you can buy out the entire bar. That gives you the whole room, the bar program, and the kitchen for 3 hours. We offer a Curated Open Bar, with a selection of our drinks or the Full Open Bar Buyout, with access to the full bar menu. We offer Food Platters to share with your friends as well

Corporate and holiday parties
We host team celebrations, after-work gatherings, and holiday parties for Park Slope and Gowanus-area companies. A group reservation covers most teams at no cost, and larger companies can book a full buyout for an exclusive night. December books up early.

Does it cost anything to reserve the space?
No. Group reservations for up to 25 guests are free — no rental fee and no minimum spend. Your guests order their own drinks and food.
Is the space private?
Group reservations are semi-private. We hold a section of the bar for your party while the rest of the bar stays open. For exclusive use of the whole room, ask about a full buyout.
How many people can I bring?
Up to 25 for a standard reservation. For larger groups, email us about a buyout.
Can I bring a cake or decorations?
Yes. Bring your cake and we'll hold it behind the bar until you're ready — plates and forks are on us. Balloons and small table decorations are welcome; please skip anything that sticks to the walls.
Do you have food?
Yes — small bites are served every day until 1am, and we shuck fresh Wellfleet oysters Thursday through Saturday. We also offer party size platters.
How far ahead should I book?
Two weeks is comfortable for most groups. Weekend dates and December fill up faster, so reach out sooner if you can.
